"Green Eco-Kitchen" is a course designed to teach the operation of an energy-efficient, low-carbon kitchen. By retrofitting equipment, selecting sustainable ingredients, and modifying cooking methods, it shortens preparation times and extends food shelf life. This empowers learners to minimize energy consumption when preparing emergency provisions and healthy foods for contingencies such as pandemic isolation or future crises.
Total learning hours of 6 hours (Total length of the courses video 3 hours 7 minutes)
1. Understand and practice: Comprehend the connection between energy efficiency, carbon reduction, and daily life, and actively implement these practices.
2. Master eco-friendly cooking: Acquire and apply various energy-saving and carbon-reducing cooking techniques.
3. Produce shelf-stable food: Create food items suitable for long-term storage to foster self-sufficiency and support the community.
This course requires no background knowledge.
